The majority of oil water separators use bags of activated carbon as the final cleaning element for the compressor condensate. The effectiveness of the separator depends upon those bags being changed before they become saturated with oil. The Drymec range is produced to a high specification using activated carbon from renewable sources and tested to ASTM D 3467.
